The mission at Arbor Place, Inc. is to promote quality programs and renewal opportunities to individuals, families, and communities impacted by substance abuse and dependence.
The Bridge to Hope
The Bridge is a non-profit agency dedicated to serving Dunn and Pepin Counties by providing immediate protection and follow-up options to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. All of our services are free and confidential. Services are available for children and adults with additional support for older adults. We provide legal advocacy, sexual assault advocacy including 24 hour on call SANE support, housing advocacy, individual support and support groups for men, women and children. We also provide prevention programs for children and youth with mentors for additional support. Speakers are available for educational presentations regarding all of our services and on specific topics as requested.
Cedarbrook Church
Cedarbrook Church seeks to partner with community agencies to find practical solutions to issues that threaten Dunn County individuals and families. Cedarbrook Church has an active ministry to both children and teenagers as well as results oriented support groups like; Celebrate Recovery, Divorce Care and Grief Share, Mom's Support and other faith-based support groups
Cesa 11
CESA #11, located in northwest central Wisconsin, encompasses all or major portions of Barron, Burnett, Dunn, St. Croix, Pepin, Pierce, Polk and Washburn counties and offers a wide array of educational services to over 50,000 students and approximately 4,000 teachers in the thirty-nine school districts within its boundaries. The Wisconsin Alcohol Tobacco, and Other Drug Education Network (WATODEN) was established in each CESA across the state as a strong component of the Department of Public Instruction’s (DPI) strategy to prevent adolescent alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use. CESA WATODEN staff provide school districts and local county coalition’s information, resources, and technical assistance in the development of community and K-12 Comprehensive AODA and Violence Prevention programming.

From offices and family resource centers throughout the state, Children’s Service Society offers activities and programs in four core service areas: out-of-home care; counseling: prevention services; and public child welfare. Children’s Service Society is a member of Children’s Hospital and Health System. The health system is able to fulfill its mission thanks in part to philanthropic gifts and support from members of the community.

Dunn County Sheriff's Department
The Dunn County Sheriff’s Office is a proactive member in a collaborative partnership with the Dunn County Partnership for Youth. To further the efforts of the partnership's goals, the Sheriff’s Office strives to aggressively enforce underage drinking laws and reduce the accessibility of alcohol to the youth of Dunn County. These reductions are accomplished through a combination of ongoing retailer compliance checks, underage party patrols and retailer based youth identification training. Our mutual goal is to prevent underage drinking and eliminate the devastating consequences associated with alcohol use by underage youth within Dunn County. Thereby creating a healthier a safer environment for all our residents.

Mission: "Empower, Support, Educate, and Lead"
Head Start and Early Head Start serve income eligible families with children Birth to 5, including pregnant women and school age pregnant and parenting teens. Children 3–5 attend Head Start from September- May.
Children Birth-3, Pregnant Women & Families attend Early Head Start year-round. Services offered include a high quality pre-school curriculum, hands-on play groups, child development information, family workshops, health information and screenings, and home visits. Head Start is affiliated with the State 4K programs.

Positive Alternatives, Inc.
Positive Alternatives, Inc. is a non profit agency in located in Menomonie, Wisconsin that serves at-risk youth and families in Western Wisconsin. Our mission is through a continuum of family and strength based services, Positive Alternatives strives to equip at-risk youth and young adults with the social, emotional and developmental skills needed to flourish. Our services include 2 eight bed residential facilities for youth ages 12-17, a 24/7 hotline (800.491.TEEN), school mentoring program for youth K-12, truancy prevention, and community education programs.

University of Wisconsin-Stout Alcohol, Drug, & Violence Prevention Program

As part of the University Counseling Center, the UW-Stout Alcohol, Drug & Violence Prevention Program helps students develop mature, responsible and legal behaviors and attitudes about alcohol, drugs, and relationships. The program provides students with a variety of services related to these topics including prevention, intervention, assessment and counseling.
This program houses the Chancellor’s Coalition on Alcohol and Drugs (established 1996) promotes a safe and healthy environment that encourages responsible and legal choices for alcohol and other drug use. Each year, based on national trends, empirically-based strategies, and initiatives determined by the UW-System, the Coalition focuses on area of prevention programming shown to be effective in a university setting. At the present time, the Coalition is leading a social norms marketing campaign across campus entitled “smart+healthy” to promote healthy choices among students. The Chancellor's Coalition works closely with the Dunn County Partnership for Youth.
